Fantastic. Main reason i chose this one is because all your info stays on your phone, not on some cloud somewhere.
I wish i could soak some formatting cues into sessions, ie punctuation, line break etc. So far i just do ask that manually afterwards. But it's genuinely a great tool. Love it.

I have been very frustrated when trying to dictate to keep notes. I have frequent ideas that I need to record quickly before I forget them. The current method from my iPhone was using the Notes app. So many words were misused. It seems like it would not hear a lot of the words I said. So starting to use Voice Scriber immediately I've had success. It has transcribed very well. One or two questionable words. Maybe just not pronounced very well.
This is how I expected dictation to be so it is a big relief that your product does exactly that.

Not too bad — better then iOS, not as good as GPT. I still feel like it deserves more love on the App store than like 5 reviews though! Also, if they actually keep supporting it, it is one of the few dictation apps where you can still purchase a lifetime membership. Would be great of it had a keyboard integration. The privacy focused offline feature is fantastic.

The new home screen widget is really handy. I can start recording right away and get the transcription. Sometimes it misses a word in noisy places, still ok for me as everything stays on my phone.

We noted on the missed words in noisy places. We are improving on-device noise handling and transcription accuracy in upcoming updates.
The app does what it says it does. The developer is very responsive. They fixed the 10 minute limitation a few months back and recently when I reported the record button stops working after a while, they issued a fix a few days later.

The app functions entirely offline and the transcription is surprisingly accurate. Even I activated the airplane mode 🙂 and it still do the job. Sharing recording is easy. I wish for more options such as summarization but I am not sure if it's possible while working offline.
